Katie has been in the beauty industry since 2003 as a licensed managing hair stylist. After moving out of state twice for her husband’s job, she lost her hair clientele and decided to rebuild with lash extensions as her main focus in 2014. 

 

She earned a business degree along the way and has an entrepreneurial spirit, owning 3 businesses. With education and customer service in the forefront of everything she does, she quickly built a lash business in less than a year. 

 

Katie also has a passion for giving back and recently worked with One Tree Planted, a non-profit group. For each service performed in her salon, one tree was planted in the states. In the month of May, 150 trees were planted! 

 

She owns Suburban Lash, a lash focused salon near Cleveland, Ohio, and is an educator for Bella Lash. She is a Senior Expert Journalist for Lash Inc. Magazine, and is the founder of Lash Artist Box. The L.A.B., for short, is a subscription box service based in the US and Canada, that brings lash artists and lash suppliers together in a fun and exciting way! Each box contains quality lash related items to discover and also education to help build an artists business. Katie also has two young children, Bennett & Blakely, who make sure she’s always busy!
